The Wing Reflector: 24″ is a great adjustable wing reflector that allows you to set the reflection of the wings at three different points so you can adjust your grow footprint.
Wing reflectors are adjustable open designed wings that help you shape the light’s footprint to the desired grow area size. Wing reflectors are often made of a pliable and highly reflective aluminum that allows you to adjust the wing. An evenly lit crop will consume all inputs such as nutrients, water, CO2 etc. equally. Alternatively, an unevenly lit crop will have darker areas that will be over watered and over fertilized if you are meeting the higher lit crop areas’ needs. The lower lit areas will also have a lower rate of photosynthesis due to the lower light intensity creating less growth. This will have an impact on your crop and your pocketbook.
